Hunter Arnold

I recently had an opportunity to speak with one of Tennessee’s hunky entrepreneur Hunter Arnold.

By: Joshua Conner

Hunter Arnold, is an entrepreneur, WFG Financial Planner, and NPC Competitor based in Chattanooga, Tennessee. Arnold inspires me personally and professionally. Personally, I am inspired by Arnold’s body of work and his dedication to fitness. Professionally, I am inspired by how Arnold’s work ethics and how he has successfully created a foundation in three different industries.

What would be the title of Arnold’s life story and who would play him in a movie?

“The title of my life story, let’s see, I would say unexpected. Who would play me, I look like Mark Wahlberg, so I’m going to say, Mark Wahlberg,” said Arnold.

What was Arnold’s most memorable year?

“I would say, my most memorable year was actually this past year 2018. I just had a lot going for me in 2018. 2017, was kind of, I don’t want to say it was a rough year, but it was kind of like a down year for me, then 2018, I just really like burst out. My bodybuilding and my modeling career kind of took off, and I went to Aruba. It was really just a great year,” said Arnold.

If Arnold’s mantra was a hashtag it would be #BeyondDriven.

“I’m not sure, maybe #BeyondDriven, just because, everyone says it’s motivated, but I feel like motivation is kind of overrated. If you don’t do anything with the motivation, then it’s not really anything, but if you have a driving force behind it, then it kind of creates both of them,” said Arnold.

What does Arnold enjoy about being an NPC Competitor?

“I enjoy honestly, the discipline that goes into the training, it’s my favorite thing about it,” said Arnold.

Arnold is also a financial planner, “We started a free financial planning center, here in Chattanooga.  The one thing that I would say is kind of unique about it, is that it’s open to everyone, unlike most other financial planning centers,” he said.

If Arnold could get drafted by any National Football League team, it would be the Miami Dolphins.

“I honestly, would love to play for the Miami Dolphins. Just, because I want to live in Miami, that’s a dream of mine. I played safety and linebacker, in high school, so I would probably choose one of them. I like safety better so I would play safety,” said Arnold.

If you could go fishing anywhere, where would you go?

“Probably, Jupiter, Florida, because it’s the saltwater capital of the world,” said Arnold.

Erik DeLaRosa

I recently had an opportunity to speak with Erik Delarosa, Texas’s own hunky & hard-working businessman & familyman.

By: Joshua Conner

Erik DeLaRosa, is a: nutrition/fitness expert, entrepreneur/MBA, finance/sales/marketing, online health coach, founder of Patsy G Mustard, and a sponsored athlete with team Gaspari, based in Dallas, Texas. I am inspired by DeLaRosa, personally & professionally. Personally, I am inspired by his incredible physique, style & charming southern accent. Professionally, I am inspired by his work ethic & entrepreneurial spirit.

What is a day in the life of DeLaRosa like?

“I wake up really early, like 4 or 5 am, and I go to the gym for about an hour and a half. Then, I get ready for work and go to work. Then, I have different things going on, that I have to do. I also own a mustard company, so like on my breaks or right after work, I have to make calls, setup demos, and set up my employees so they can work. Then, I have clients,  that text me all day, it’s just nonstop until I go to bed, usually Monday to Friday. Scheduling, working & doing a full-time job too, so just  business, all business all day, I work a lot,” said DeLaRosa.

What is one sentence would DeLaRosa use to describe Patsy G Mustard?

“There’s nothing like it. So it’s a condiment, that has multiple uses, and it’s one of a kind & you can use it on anything,” said DeLaRosa.

DeLaRosa’s most memorable year was the year his daughter was born. If he could leave her one quality it would be to be driven.

“What is one quality that I would like to leave my daughter, just to be driven, and work hard for what you want in life. Don’t expect anything to be handed to you and don’t rely on anyone. Just do things yourself, work hard, do a good job and just follow your dreams,” said DeLaRosa.

What does DeLaRosa prefer boxers or briefs and what is his favorite brand?

“I would have to say, that I wear them all, but I, wear briefs mostly and my favorite brand is Armani,” said DeLaRosa.

What would be the title of Delarosa’s life story and who would play him in a movie?

“Breaking the cycle and I’m going to play myself,” said DeLaRosa.

What is DeLaRosa favorite quote for inspiration?

“My favorite quote is, work hard, have faith and be tireless. One of my mentors told me that, just when Patsy G was just an idea, being made in my kitchen. I was trying to get it off the ground, and I will never forget it, said DeLaRosa, “but I am tired,” DeLaRosa added humorously.

Zachary Koran

I recently had an opportunity to speak with entrepreneur, coach & family man Zachary Koran.

By: Joshua Conner

Zachary Koran, is the lead broker & founder of Zach Koran Real Estate/The Zach Koran Group, entrepreneur, coach, father and Illinois Realtor at Compass based in Chicago. I am really inspired by how Koran utilizes various mediums including social media to give clients the best service.

What is a day in the life of Koran like?

“Well, I typically get up, have some coffee and take my vitamins, then I pray, mediate & do a couple of spiritual readings. Then I take a shower, get dressed and walk the dog. I have my son part-time, so sometimes, I’ll take him to school, like I did this morning. Then sometimes, I head to the office, where I make phone calls, do the prospecting part of my real estate business. In the afternoon,  I show properties, and 3 or 4 days a week, I hit the gym in the morning, before I start the day as well. At night-time, I either hang out with friends, or I show property listings or I have my son,” said Koran.

What would be the title of Koran’s life story and who would play him in a movie?

“Title of my life story, good question, it would be humility drives success. Who would play me in a movie, how about, I’m going through my mental Rolodex of actors, I don’t know Hugh Jackman,” said Koran.

If Koran could leave his son one quality it would be loyalty and honesty.

“Leave my son one quality, what would it be & why, that’s a good one, I was actually thinking about this the other day. You know probably, that’s tough, I would say loyalty and honesty. I know that’s two, but loyalty and honesty go together for me,” said Koran.

What was it like for Koran modeling for the Men of Chicago Real Estate calendar?

“It was great, I know a lot of those guys, that were on the calendar, because we’re all in the real estate business. I know probably half of them. We had a lot of fun doing it, I’m not really a model by trade. Doing that was fun for me, it’s always fun getting your picture taken. So, I got to meet some new people, which was great, and get a chance to be part of a fundraiser. The money raised from the calendar sales, went to a non-profit,” said Koran.

How did Koran get his first tattoo?

My first tattoo, I got it at Lake Geneva, when I was 18 years old. I got my first one on my shoulder, it was my initials in Old English writings. It is now covered up, by other art, that I wanted to bring to life, you know, kind of cover it up, but that was my first one 23 years ago,” said Koran.

What are Koran’s favorite brand of boxer briefs?

“ I probably go with Calvin Klein,” he says.

What is one sentence, would Koran like people to use when describing his business Zach Koran Real Estate?

“That’s a great question, I would like people to say, he goes extremely beyond the limits to provide good service,” said Koran.
